A seizure?

What do you make of the following discharge that appears on the following 2 sequential pages? Try and answer the question for yourself, before reading the comments right at the bottom.

Electrode artifacts may mimic seizures. They may even evolve, and this phenomenon may lead to overreporting.  As always, the clue is to look at what happens to the same electrode elsewhere and in this example, there is an obvious electrode artifact preceding the discharge.
